I’m doing research. So I’m reading historical data. Interesting? Yes. I found out something that was very shocking today. Will I be using that in my story? Not really. It doesn’t fit with the storyline, but it was interesting to discover it anyway.
How many historical authors out there have ever run across something unexpected when you were looking into facts? I’m sure it much be common.
For fun I’ve also been reading Courtney Milan’s The Governess Affair. I just started it so I can’t really say much about it, but I already like where the story is going. Can’t wait to read more of it.
