I saw this on Facebook the other day and it looked simple and sounds yummy.

Wendy’s Frosty

Ingredients:

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 gallon chocolate milk
  • 8 oz. cool whip

Mix together in a blender and freeze it, or make it in an ice cream maker.
