On Monday I spent two hours at my doctors office waiting to be seen. It wasn’t a bad wait because I pulled out my paperback copy of A Kiss At Midnight. I hang my head in shame that I haven’t finished reading it yet, but I’ve been writing and editing and promoting and writing some more since I started this book before Easter. Wow. That has been a long stretch. It has nothing to do with the book or the author. It is all me. I’ve been busy and I haven’t had a lot of time to devote to reading. And this week I’ve been doing first round edits for a full-length novel so there hasn’t been a lot of time for fun reading. I’ll eventually finish this book and maybe it will be this weekend.
