Today was another let’s do nothing day. I wasn’t feeling great so I took it easy. I did run to the store and get a few things, but I didn’t start laundry until around five and I didn’t force myself to accomplish much. It was nice to have a do nothing day. I think I need to allow myself to have these days more often.
