Today’s play date was a scavenger hunt and I lost. I was on a mission to find something I misplaced in my house, but alas I did not find it. The last time I recall having said item was three houses ago. Yes, three houses. Which means I’ve moved three times since I saw it. Though I have imagined having it in my current home, but today’s search proved my memory wrong. I have resigned myself to accepting the fact that I may never find it. It could be in a box in my parents garage or it could have gotten left behind by mistake during move two.
Sigh. I will rejoice if I should find this item and I vow to continue my scavenger hunt again another day.
