Pancakes!!
There are many different recipes and box mixes out there, but I have found the best mix and it takes a little water to make up some fine pancakes in fifteen minutes (from mix to pan to plate). Aunt Maples. Measure out a cup and about 1/2 cup water (box says 2 cups mix, 1 cup water) and you will get 6 – 6 inch pancakes. The right amount for two people to eat a quick breakfast before dashing off to work or school.
I heat my skillet on 5 with a little stick butter (less than a pat). It melts while the skillet heats and then I pour in the first pancake. Letting it cook on each side until it is set/browned.
