Shrimp
If there is one thing I enjoy it is shrimp. And I really enjoy eating it when I’m at the beach. Grilled, fried, sauteed, broiled. Anyway you fix it is a pleaser in my book. Sometimes I like to put a little butter in a pan, with a shake or two of garlic powder and stir fry it until it turns pink. It is great by itself this way or with cooked pasta. Throw in a little Alfredo sauce, garlic bread and a salad and you have a meal.
When I go to Red Lobster I love the Parrot Bay Coconut Shrimp and Cheddar Bay Biscuits. Yum.
Do you have a favorite way you enjoy eating shrimp?

I agree! Shrimp scampi is probably my favorite dish but I like shrimp any way I can get it. During the summer I especially like it as a cold dish, boiled and with shrimp sauce on the side. I remember when I was a kid and looking through my mom’s magazines where I’d see pictures of martini glasses filled with sauce and the shrimp hung over the side of the glass. Always seems cool to me.
