This should have been called heating pad Saturday. I woke up with my lower back killing me. So I got out the heating pad and sat with it to my back hoping that would get rid of the pain. By one I was taking a hot shower hoping that would help, but then I began having hot flashes and the migraine headache started. So you know what that meant. Return to the couch with the heating pad, cancel my appointment with the personal trainer at the Rush. Did I mention I won a free 10 day pass. Have I got to use it? Not really, just activated it and now I’m having to cancel already. Not good.
