Why is it that whenever I’ve had a few good days in a row I have to wake up to a nasty ole Migraine headache? And I mean nasty! Shooting pain that makes you think your skull is going to open up and something sprout forth from the top of your head. I kinda imagined that as I lay in bed. And then when you fall asleep from the meds you can’t wake up. I slept until 1 p.m. but I was able to get a few hours in before the headache returned.
I had a light lunch and watched last week’s episode of Devious Maids on my DVR. But I never did make it to writing. My head just didn’t allow it. Another nap and then a bowl of cereal before Witches of East End and Devious Maids finished the evening out. Before I tossed and turned trying to fall asleep.
