Today did not start out so good. Remember my dentist appointment on Friday. Well I think I am having side-effects from the numbing and the messing with the root canal. Whenever you mess with your teeth or at least I’ve had this happen, it also messes with the sinuses. I have sinus pressure, some swimmy headedness, feeling like I’m getting a sore throat and chills. I’m praying that this is not the start of something more serious (like the flu), nor do I want to think this is a mild case of a migraine (even though I did have some nausea), hot and cold flashes.
With the temps cold and the sky gray it is best to stay indoors where it is warm and nap. So that is what I will do.
