I woke with a headache today and the feelings of a sore throat. I didn’t think much of it. The weather has been crazy lately. Warm one day. Cooler to freezing the next. My son, who had been fine yesterday morning, has come down with something. He started showing signs on the way home from the book signing. He’s sleeping it off. Hopefully he will be better tomorrow.
With the flu, stomach virus, bronchitis, pneumonia, strep throat… pretty much all the common ailments during the winter it is hard to stay well. I hope to avoid all of these, but it is doubtful.
