Yes it is Sunny today, but don't let the presence of the sun confuse you. It is cold out there. BRRRR!!!! So bundle up with a jacket today. You don't need a scarf and gloves, but don't be like some I've seen out in shorts (even before 8 am. today -- I know CRAZY!!)
