Julia Quinn is a riot. Just heard her speak on being disorganized and top 4 lists of things because a disorganized person can't handle more than that. I also attended many informative workshops today. Learned about corsets, codpieces and kilts for dressing and undressing period characters correctly. Yesterday I learned about Regency clothing. I also… Continue reading Play Date Saturday

Traveling today so I'm not reading. Heading to Atlanta for a weekend get-a-way. My son picked up a new book at the school library this morning and when I left him he was already on page 128. He's turning into a voracious reader. He's anxiously awaiting the release of book #5 in the Inheritance Cycle.… Continue reading What Are You Reading Thursday

This weeks pick is Eldest by Christopher Paolini, book #2 in The Inheritance Cycle. You may remember How to Tame Your Dragon? Well that was… Continue reading What are you Reading Thursday?

The weather was nice too so that made it even more enjoyable. I hope we will get to do more of… Continue reading Play Date Saturday

The Hobbit and The Hunger Games have arrived. Waiting to see which one my son will pick up to read first. Aw... he went for The Hunger Games. Now I'll wait to see what he thinks of the book as opposed to the movie. What are you reading this week? I'm writing. As usual.
What Are You Reading Thursday
