Today was special. I was invited to another author’s home for dinner with several of the Smoky Mountain Romance Writers. It was so nice to kick back by the pool, have dinner, and lively conversation. The weather was nice too so that made it even more enjoyable. I hope we will get to do more of this type of socializing among the group.
One thing I noticed today when I was thinking about writing my blog is that before I started doing this column I never really felt like I did much. However, now that I am writing about my Saturdays I find that I’m pretty busy either socializing with writers or spending it with family. And that is nice to know.
