- 1 large box of Jello Raspberry or Strawberry flavor
- 1 small can of crushed pineapple
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 cups of heavy whipping cream
- box of Vanilla Wafers
In a medium sauce pan, stir together Jello, pineapple, sugar, and egg. Bring to a boil. Set off eye and cool completely until thickened. (about one hour will do).
With an electric mixer, beat heavy cream until peaks form. Fold into cooled Jello mixture.
Line the bottom and sides of two pie plates or a 9×13 inch pan with Vanilla Wafers. Spoon Jello mixture into pan and chill for several hours or over night before serving.
