Chicken Casserole


  • 4 chicken tenders stewed and then shredded or chunked (whichever you desire)
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 can Cream of Celery Soup
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 4 c. crumbled cornbread or prepackaged bread crumbs
  • 3 tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp celery seed
  • sage to taste
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • chicken broth to moisten

    Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl combine cornbread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, celery seed, sage, butter and broth. Mix until moistened. Pat out into baking dish. Set aside.

In same bowl combine soups, sour cream, chicken. Mix together. Pour on top of stuffing. Bake 40 minutes or until bubbling hot.
