Today my son woke sick. His eyes were matted shut and after I applied a warm compress and he was able to open them, they were blood shot. So instead of going to church today, I was on the phone with his doctor’s office finding out what I could do to get him on the road to recovery.So the nurse on call prescribed eye drops for him. I’m hoping tomorrow when he wakes he will be somewhat improved. Sick days that require one to miss school are rarely allowed anymore. And it is too early in the school year for him to be out.
