I think the heavens opened up and poured buckets and buckets of hard rain down this morning. I could hear it even in the shower this morning as I got ready for work. Thankfully it has subsided to a drizzle by the time I left. It picked up and has pretty much remained at a steady rain all day long. It looks rather misty out now. The temps are in the 60s today so it isn’t a freezing rain, nor is it muggy out.
I’m hoping things will stay pretty calm out and the drive home later will be uneventful. Though I feel as if I could curl up and take a nap about now. Why does the rain with overcast skies make you want to sleep?
