I’m having a blast with the Smoky Mountain Romance Writers today. We are chatting and getting to know our guests and visitors who came to the meeting. Making plans for June and upcoming meetings. Going to lunch in a few minutes to Puelo’s then to a book signing for Donna Wright and Mallory Kane.
Now that I’m home it is laundry and making a cheesecake for my mom for Mother’s Day. She enjoys these. She had me make one for Christmas and then for Easter. I put sour cream in this one to see if it will help the cheese cake not crumble when we slice it. We’ll see how this works. I don’t have a large enough roasting pan to try putting my spring form pan wrapped in aluminum foil in a water bath. If the sour cream doesn’t help that is my next test.
