Zucchini Parmesan Bake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sliced zucchini squash
  • 10 spritz of olive oil spray
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • garlic powder
  • non-stick cooking spray
  • salt and pepper to taste

Line a baking dish with aluminum foil, coat with non-stick cooking spray. Place the zucchini slices on the pan, spritz with olive oil, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Broil at 400° for a few minutes until the cheese melts and turns golden.

Makes 1 serving. 50 calorie snack.
