Today is Vacation Bible School Commencement during the Sunday School hour. The kids in the younger classes learned songs during the week to sing. It is a blessing to listen to them and watch the youngest of the classes perform. They seem to be the largest group and yet they don’t really sing. They might sit on the step and bounce with the music. Do a little hand motion to the songs. But it is sweet to watch them knowing one day they will understand what they are learning about.
Do you have a special VBS memory? When was the first time you went? If you didn’t attend as a child, have you helped in it? Do you have a memory that is special to you?
