Today was so much fun. It started off with my local writing chapter’s monthly meeting. We held our elections and I am no longer president. I passed the gavel to Sharon Griffith. Wishing her luck for the next two years.
We had a guest speaker today too. The very talented and insightful author, Keena Kinkaid. She talked about the Dirty Little Secrets of Character Development. Wow…what an approach to digging into a character arc.
After the meeting I rushed home and got ready to go to the wedding of my cousin. It was such a beautiful ceremony. The dresses were gorgeous, the hair styles spectacular and the flowers elegant. Shasta daisies in hot pink and orange. Very tropical and unique. Wishing Brittany and Brad many happy years together.
