Cinnamon Glazed Pecans Ingredients 2 egg whites 1 lb. pecans 3/4 c sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon Preheat oven to 200°. Beat egg whites until stiff. Stir in pecans. Add sugar and cinnamon. Spread on cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
