Today I truly played. I did my housework yesterday and spent most of the day in leisure after running a few errands this morning which included taking flowers by my grandparents grave. In the afternoon I treated myself to a mani/pedi. I don’t do this often, but Easter is tomorrow and I couldn’t wear my sandles without a pedi. The salon was busy so I had to wait a bit, but that was okay. I had a book and the time passed quickly. I am now sporting blue nails. A first for me, but I find the color catchy and will look fabu with my Easter outfit.
How did you spend your Saturday before Easter? Did you grocery shop for items you’ll need for tomorrow’s feast? Did you take the kids to an egg hunt?
Tonight I’m taking it easy and watching the 50th anniversary showing of To Kill a Mockingbird. Sigh… Gregory Peck.
