It has rained all day. Coming down hard early this morning before it tapered off to a drizzle this afternoon. It became a mist and finally became foggy as the sun set. Now as we prepare for this long winters night, our stockings are hung with care, but my dog is running around the house like crazy. Sniffing under the tree before she takes off running again from front to back door and back again. Is she excited for the jolly old man’s arrival with a new chew toy for her in her stocking? Not sure. She was pretty subdued when we were at my parents for Christmas Eve festivities. I do hope she settles down before bed time.
