Egg Salad Ingredients: 6-10 hard boiled eggs, peeled salt and pepper 2 tbsp. mayo mustard sweet gerkin pickles, chunked slice and mash up peeled hard boiled eggs in a bowl, dash salt and pepper to taste. Mock Sparkling Champagne Punch Ingredients: 4 cups carbonated water, chilled 4 cups ginger ale 3 cups unsweetened white grape juice Directions: Chill ginger ale, carbonate water, and grape juice overnight. Combine all three together in a large pitcher or punch bowl. Serve immediately over ice.
