How can one person get so many spam comments on a blog in a twenty-four hour period? I'm trying to figure this out. Daily I log in and I have close to 200. Working toward getting my ten pages in today. Not sure I'll make it, but trying my best.

Today please welcome our Guest Author -- Karen Hall I'd like to thank Leanne for the chance to stop by her blog. Leanne is a wonderful writer, whether it's contemporary or historical. If it weren't for putting that notice in a local paper fourteen years ago, I'd never have started down this crazy road for… Continue reading Guest Author Monday
Sunday Sundaes
Today was Vision Sunday at church. A look toward the future. While we looked forward we were also mindful of what was lost this week when one of our members passed on. They held the funeral for him tonight at church. Even though it was a sad time it was also a time for rejoicing… Continue reading Sunday Sundaes
Play Date Saturday
I finally got my bedroom painted today. Rearranged the furniture. Hung my new pictures on the wall that I purchased at auction in May so that is out of my living room. Now to sort through the books and try to find space on my bookshelf for them all. And to organize my office area,… Continue reading Play Date Saturday
TGIF…Heroes
Victory's Gate is the first story I had published, but not the first work I completed. Victoria Hamill is a jilted bride from 2007 who has decided to spend her honeymoon trip… Continue reading TGIF…Heroes

Her first show was Monday at 6:30 p.m. EST. Her guests did not show up or she couldn't figure out how… Continue reading Rumor Has It Wednesday

This week we have not one, but two Guest Authors posts. Please welcome today's author -- Amber Doulton Romance books come in all shapes and sizes. No—I don’t mean that the book is huge like a toaster oven or in the shape of a triangle. I mean the characters. Not every hero or heroine is… Continue reading Special Guest Author Tuesday

Please welcome today's Guest Author -- May Williams “Take a left,” Bill said. My husband is a firm believer in a left turn. His theory is that in our right oriented world sometimes we have to correct by taking a left. If we get lost, we always hang a Louie. On this particular day about… Continue reading Guest Author Monday
Sunday Sundaes
Boomsday 2013 Since 1988 the city of Knoxville has celebrated Labor Day with a fireworks display. It all started with a radio station called U102 and after a few years became so big that the city took it over. Now it has been moved from Labor Day to Sunday evening so folks who have to… Continue reading Sunday Sundaes
